The Wisconsin Governor’s Challenge is a six-week program that can help make fitness part of your everyday life. The goal is simple: to make a commitment to staying active at least 30 minutes a day (or 60 minutes if you’re younger than 18), five days a week.
This site makes it easy to sign up, get active and track your progress along the way. You’ll find more than 100 activities that count toward the Challenge – including walking, biking, even working in your garden.
The Challenge is open to both individuals and groups. So you can team up with others from your neighborhood, school, or workplace – or take the Challenge on your own.
