Individual: Activate! Yourself.
Whether you're a young person in school or just young at heart, the Challenge is for you. It's a six-week program to help you have stay active for 30 minutes a day (or 60 minutes if you're younger than 18), five days a week, for six weeks.

[Photo] - Individual So grab a friend, a co-worker, your kids or your mother-in-law (yes, even her). Join thousands across the state and get active by yourself, or as part of a group. There are more than 100 activities to choose from - including walking, playing golf, or gardening. This interactive program is designed to make staying active simple and fun - while giving you personal goals to achieve.
